What we know about the Numbat's Habitat


  • They live in Western Australian bush
  • Their homes are in hollow logs
  • They need leaves, grass etc to put in their logs for a nest
  • They dig for and eat termites

What the Enclosure should have


  • A Hollow log - or one hollow log per Numbat becuase they mostly like being by themselves except when mating or caring for their babies.
